This policy explains what information Net Results Recruiting ("Net Results," "we," "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers net-results-recruiting.com and netresultsrecruiting.com. The Net Results player and coach portal at app.net-results-recruiting.com is a separate service with its own account terms.

Who we are

Net Results Recruiting is a college basketball recruiting service run by former college coaches. Questions about this policy can go to schafer@netresultsrecruiting.com.

What we collect

When you book a free consultation, we collect what you type into the form: your first and last name, the student's name, graduation year, email, phone number, your message, and the coach you asked for, if any.

When you request a player evaluation, we collect the player's first and last name, your email, whether you have full game video, the link to the film, and your agreement to the Player Evaluation Terms & Conditions.

With every form, our website host also records the page you sent it from, the time, your browser type, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address rather than the address itself. We use these only to filter spam and keep the forms working.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

How we use it

To contact you about the consultation or evaluation you asked for.
To match you with the right Net Results coach.
To deliver an evaluation and follow up on it.
To keep the website secure and free of spam.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are emailed to the Net Results team and stored by our website host so we can respond to you. We use service providers to host the website and send email, and they handle your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Players under 18

Many of the athletes we work with are in high school. We ask that a parent or guardian fill out our forms for any player under 18. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the fonts are served from our own host. If you sign in to the player and coach portal, that portal uses its own cookies to keep you signed in.

Videos from other websites

Podcast episodes and some videos play from YouTube or Vimeo. YouTube videos load in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and Vimeo videos load with "do not track" turned on. Once you press play, that service may collect information under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as we need them to respond to you and to run our business, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information you sent through this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email schafer@netresultsrecruiting.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may keep information we are required to keep for legal, tax or security reasons.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
