Marty Dello

With more than 35 years of coaching experience at both the high school and collegiate levels, along with over two decades as an AAU program owner and director, Coach Dello has dedicated his career to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. Throughout his career, he has helped more than 500 players earn opportunities to continue their basketball careers at the collegiate level.

A highly respected coach and mentor, Coach Dello has received numerous Coach of the Year honors at both the high school and college levels and has guided three different high school programs to regional championships. His success is built on a commitment to player development, strong relationships, and a proven ability to prepare athletes for the next level.

Coach Dello combines decades of coaching expertise with a genuine passion for mentoring young athletes. He understands that every player has unique goals, strengths, and aspirations, and he is committed to helping each student-athlete maximize their potential. Whether providing player evaluations, recruiting guidance, or long-term development plans, Coach Dello takes pride in partnering with families and guiding them through every step of the college recruiting journey.
